    2. “WAJETECH” means Waje Technologies Limited, a company duly registered under the Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria with Registration Number 1912998, including its subsidiaries, shareholders and business units; and
    3. “User” means any person who accesses or uses the WAJETECH website, notwithstanding that such a person only visits the WAJETECH website home page.

    1. This website is intended to provide the User only with information regarding WAJETECH and services it offers. WAJETECH does not warrant the accuracy or correctness of any information published herein and shall not be liable for any losses pursuant thereto.

    1. These Terms and Conditions of Usage constitutes the entire agreement between WAJETECH and the User of this web site. Any failure by WAJETECH to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions of Use shall in no way constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
