Where the breach pertains to the disclosure of your Personal Data without your consent, such information shall be retracted immediately, and confirmation of the retraction sent to you within 48 hours of the redress.

The laws of Nigeria, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Agreement and your use of the website.
